Denise Edmond

Executive Coach

Denise brings more than 20 years of global corporate experience in the Pharma and Consulting sectors, leading finance teams and business transformation projects across the value chain, including Managers and Acquisitions (M&A) integrations, commercial and operations excellence frameworks, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) migrations. She earned her degree in finance from Tuskegee University. An ICF-certified coach, her clients include leaders and organizations in the for-profit sector such as Delta and Nestle, as well as clients in the non-profit, government, and small business sectors.

Her coaching emphasizes humanistic leadership, optimizing effectiveness and improving healthy high performance. Denise has a natural ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, as much of her career was spent living and working outside the US, including as an expat in New Zealand, Australia, France, and the Caribbean.

Denise became a masters’ world medalist for New Zealand in outrigger canoeing at the age of 41. She maintains a competitive-level love for the sport and enjoys spending time at the beach near her home in Florida.

Jennifer Copeland

Executive Coach

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience coaching leaders at all levels, including from corporations such as Freddie Mac, Nestle, Boeing, Nordstrom and Federal Government agencies such as DoD, DoJ and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Prior to becoming a Professional Certified Coach and Leadership Assessment expert, she spent many years working in leadership development management roles in rapidly changing organizations.

Jennifer has a strong reputation for cultivating deep self-awareness in her clients, building their confidence to take on ever-increasing levels of responsibility and overcoming challenges to increase their effectiveness for leading teams and organizations.

She earned her BA in Psychology from James Madison University, her Master of Science in Organizational Development from American University and certifications including Prosci Change Management, Everything DiSC, DDI Learning Systems and Profilor 360 Assessment.

Jennifer lives in Northern VA with her teenage daughter. She enjoys listening to podcasts on her morning walks, visiting her eldest daughter at college and spending time with loved ones.

Ashira Jones

Executive Coach

Ashira’s holistic coaching approach has been described as playful, calming and direct. She brings over 20 years experience and held key leadership roles with Navy Federal Credit Union, Management Concept, Coaching for Everyone and most recently, Perfect Ten Coaching LLC. Her industry coaching experience includes advertising, technology, non-profit, food and beverage and the Federal Government. Trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, Ashira enjoys coaching on topics including shattering imposter syndrome, confidently delivering tough feedback, helping introverted leaders have more influence and managing up for better boss relationships (to name a few!).

Having navigated several career shifts and entrepreneurial ventures, she’s especially passionate about helping clients nurture, cultivate and grow their ideal lives.

Originally from Nebraska, Ashira lived in the Florida panhandle before settling in the D.C. metro area. As a Black, introverted, cishet woman who has struggled with anxiety, she proudly supports each client in celebrating the gifts of their humanity.

Jen Bulkowski

Leadership Development Architect

Jen is a Certified Executive Coach, Leadership Development Specialist, and Instructional Designer and Facilitator. With a firm belief that great work cultures start with highly effective, human-centered leaders, Jen partners with organizations to create transformational development experiences for leaders at all levels – elevating capability, increasing confidence, and fostering community.

Her proven New Manager, Director and Above, and Leader as Coach programs have supported anywhere from 4 to 400 people and earned a 100% client-company re-engagement rate in addition to meaningful growth in organizational metrics like Manager Effectiveness, Retention, and Belonging.

Prior to doing this work, Jen led high-performing teams as a Marketing Leader at L’Oréal and Sephora where she developed high-level brand and category strategies and advised Founders and CMOs on how to create breakthrough marketing plans.

Jen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She lives outside of Washington, DC with her family and 2 fur babies, and can typically be found hiking, playing tennis, or tending to her vegetable garden.
